Vissani Gourmet
Gourmet restaurant has always been a clear and blue-sky choice for Gianfranco Vissani, he took in the far 1979 with the opening of Vissani restaurant with its view over the kitchen, framed as it was a living picture.
A pure hazard since during that years people usually ate to feed themselves, but the art of assembling in one single course apparently contrasting raw materials, inspired at the same time by traditional flavors strongly lightened and revisited, finds now more nourishment and conscience…the one of knowledge.
This becomes the most beautiful thing and close to touching preparation techniques or shadows or colors, admiring works of art of our most important sculptors which tell about life moments, ages, future!!
